Nanak Foods

In March 2022, we began working with Nanak Foods after they secured a new warehouse in Surrey, with a target installation date of the 3rd week of May. After receiving their initial layout ideas, our design team created a plan and conducted an engineering review. The client visited our office, where we refined the design and provided a quote.
Despite considering several competitors, our faster lead time secured us the project by late April. During the engineering review, a thicker beam was required to meet capacity, which led to an order placement.
We collaborated with Nanak Foods to prioritize key areas, installing the first phase of racking in their freezer, completing it in just 3 days—well ahead of the planned 5-day schedule. The client was impressed by our installation team’s efficiency and flexibility in accommodating on-site changes. We are now planning the second phase of the project based on material availability.
