Prairie Coast Equipment initially contacted our RACKsteel team to request a material price list of shelving. They included all the necessary materials in their email with basic information about their storage requirements. Our approach focused on understanding their needs in more depth. Although we could have simply calculated the total material cost and provided a quote, we chose a more customer-focused approach. We engaged in a conversation with the customer to gain a deeper understanding of their specific requirements and ensure we at RACKsteel were the right fit for them.

This conversation revealed that their needs were more complex than initially apparent. Recognizing the importance of addressing their unique needs comprehensively, we scheduled a meeting with our local Project Sales Consultant Andres to assess their new warehouse in person. As one of our consultants, his top priority was to thoroughly understand our customer’s requirements and provide them with the information necessary to make well-informed decisions.

We believe that trust is built through transparency, and our goal is to establish trust with our customers by ensuring that they have all the relevant information and support they need as they move forward with their decisions. Getting our clients operating faster is our passion and at the core of we do. In the end, we were able to outfit their facility with baby racking, regular single selective racking, and offer our in-house installation services to meet their deadlines.
