Rack Netting

If people work in your pallet racking aisles or pick towers, it’s only a matter of time until something falls. Forklifts can hit racks, pallets can break, or pickers can knock something off, so you need fulltime protection. RackNet safety netting helps catch falling items and keeps workers and products protected.

Rack guard systems consist of load-rated netting panels, custom offset brackets from flushmount to 12”, frame extensions if above rack protection is required, aircraft cable and rigging hardware. The netting panels are custom made to size to accurately fit each and every different racking layout. Netting panels that are made-to-measure will provide the safest option for back-of-rack protection. Rack guard netting systems have been designed and tested specifically for industrial racking applications.

RackNet also offers horizontal rack netting systems are designed to ensure the safety of workers who have to enter racking bays to access product and are at risk of having product fall from an upper level. They are also used in tunnel applications in racking setups.

Barrier Net Systems

Our vertical barrier systems are designed to protect bulk items and stacked products from falling. They are ideal in protecting walkways and workstations near any product that has the potential for a fall.

Each system is designed for each specific application, taking into account the weight of the product, the height of protection needed, and the surrounding area to incorporate appropriate net strength, column sizes, and necessary bracing to keep people and product safe.

Truck Net Systems

Our Truck Net Safety Systems are designed to keep workers safe from falls when working on the back of a flat bed trailer.

These pre-engineered systems come in a variety of options to best suit your application, and can be customized to the space you have available.

They consist of engineered columns, custom fit nets designed to catch a worker in the event of a fall, and all rigging hardware. These systems can be mounted directly to the floor, on the side of a sunken bay, or be made to be non-permanent with a moveable base.

These systems were engineered to meet the standards of OHSA 1970, Section 5, and ANSI A10.11. We can also provide you with accessories to enhance the safety when working around flat bed trailers, such as our roll up ladder designed for the back of the trailer to allow for a safer means of access.

Additional Safety Net Systems

Racknet has engineered and designed an aluminum safety rail system specifically for people working at, or near, the leading edge on Industrial Pic-Module applications.

The system is designed to be simple, with less components allowing unlimited continuous runs. The lightweight, modular design allows for fast, easy installation by our trained and certified installation team. The simple and versatile design easily adapts to all types of racking, and allows for simple height adjustment without drilling or modifying the rack frames.

The system utilizes a lightweight trolley that runs smoothly along the entire run. This provides 100% tie-off for the worker from one end of the module to the opposite end, allowing complete, hands-free worker safety working at heights or near the leading edge.
