We were fortunate to be selected to help this client optimize their storage needs into one warehouse. Our project consultant worked closely in determining their budget, lead time, and ultimate goals of streamlining their palletized storage. We focused on our ability to get them operating faster with our skilled in-house installation crew.
Phase 1 – Teardown:
Our in-house installation team took down 250 frames that were 30’ tall and 2500 beams. We cut every single frame down to 24’, bundled and transported all material to new location. We cut all anchors flush to concrete and did a full cleaning of all material and the space we left. One of our strengths is giving the landlord of the building a fully rentable space fresh for a new tenant to lease.
Phase 2 – Installation:
Our team installed almost all frames and close to 2000 beams. The left-over material was properly bundled and stored in the new place/warehouse for future phases.
A total of 24 rows with 12 bays each with 3 to 4 beam levels.
Focusing our effort to communicate daily was essential to overseeing a successful project.
