What Are Partitions?

Partitions are modular steel systems used to create secure enclosures or “cages” within a facility. Depending on the type, the design can allow for full visibility and airflow or provide total visual privacy and equipment shielding.

Industrial partitions are utilized to create tool cribs, evidence rooms, server cages, and bonded storage areas. The modular nature of the Cogan partition system allows for easy relocation or expansion as facility requirements evolve. Panels are bolted to 2″ x 2″ steel posts with 6″ x 6″ base plates, ensuring a rigid and permanent installation.

Single Sliding Gate: Fully-suspended design mounted on a galvanized steel top track with heavy-duty trolleys. Available in standard heights from 7′ to 20′ and widths from 3′ to 16′. No bottom track is required, allowing for unobstructed floor access.
Double Swing Gate: Robust hinged access for wider openings. Available in standard heights from 7′ to 15′ and specific widths ranging from 6′-3″ up to 16′-3″.
Freestanding Posts: Independent support posts for gate systems, available in heights from 7′ to 10′.
2 x 2 Braced To Racking: Posts designed for integration with existing rack structures, supporting heights from 11′ to 20′.
2 x 4 Braced To Racking: Heavy-duty reinforced posts for high-bay applications, supporting heights from 21′ up to 30′.
