About RACKsteel’s Quick Ship Racking Program

RACKsteel’s Quick Ship Program ships pallet racking systems on a rapid delivery schedule. We maintain a large, in-stock inventory of pallet racking components to support time-sensitive warehouse and distribution facility requirements across Canada. Our Quick Ship Racking program is designed to reduce procurement lead times while maintaining compliance with Canadian structural, seismic, and safety standards.

RACKsteel’s Quick Ship inventory includes the following pallet racking components:

Upright frames: 8’, 12’, 16’, 20’, 24’ high; 24”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 60” deep.
Beams: 4’, 8’, 9’, 12’ long
Row spacers: 6”, 8”, 12”, 16”, 18” and up to 28” long
Safety bars: 42”, 48” long
Wire mesh decking: 24", 36", 42" deep by 46" wide; filler pieces 24" deep by 12" wide
Panels: 18”, 24”, 36”, 42”, 48” deep by 48” wide
Punch Decks: 24” deep x 24” wide
Post protectors: 24” long for a 3”, 4” or 4.75” thick frames
Anchors: 5.5”, 7” long

All components are manufactured to meet applicable Canadian building codes and seismic requirements. Materials are suitable for immediate installation during warehouse expansion or reconfiguration.

Pickup and Delivery

Racking is available for shipment within 1–2 business days, subject to inventory availability. RACKsteel maintains full-time delivery drivers for fast transportation of Quick Ship orders directly to your facility. Our warehouse pick up hours are between 8:00 AM-2:00 PM.
