Our Project Sales Consultant Stuart began talking with this customer in August. They had acquired a new warehouse space that needed racking installed as soon as possible so they could move in and get organized. Stuart worked with them to achieve a layout that maximized their space. The material they needed was available in our full stock program and they quickly accepted our proposal. The RACKsteel Team planned their install within a 3 week time frame. It was a large warehouse with 85 frames of selective pallet racking. While performing their installation a few changes needed to be made and the customer wanted to add some safety features such as back mesh and post protection. Our Project Sales Consultant and install team quickly adapted to their requests and the installation was completed in less than 1 week! The customer was very happy to get up and operating very quickly and left us an amazing Google Review.
