Lead Field Technician / Mechanic

Your Role Includes

• Acting as the lead technician in the continued launch of the service division with the Service Manager.
• Performing field-based service, repairs, and diagnostics on forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Acting as a lead technician, assisting in job coordination and mentoring junior techs as they are brought onboard.
• Engaging directly with customers — explaining service work, identifying future needs, and solving problems on site.
• Participating in outbound service calls and identifying opportunities for additional service work or equipment support.
• Supporting the Service Manager in coordinating daily schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Contributing to the growth of the division by helping train and coach new hires.
• Completing work orders accurately and maintaining strong communication with the internal parts and operations teams.
• Maintaining company vehicles and assets, including service van.
• Upholding safety, cleanliness, and professional standards across every site and job.
