Van Belle Nursery

This was a racking project for a large plant nursery in Abbotsford. Our engineering team was engaged to design a 3-deep pushback racking system in 2 rows, with the aisle spacing critical to reduce wasted warehouse footprint. The key scope items of this project included:
1.) Handling large pallets that had some variation
2.) Ensure we timed the installation as closely as possible with the new construction
3.) Stamped engineered racking drawings
Obstacles we had to ensure we worked around were columns in the building and some low hanging equipment from the roof. Our installation team were able to accommodate this and built the equipment on-site. A factory-direct custom racking order was delivered and installed and another excellent example of pushback racking.
