A pallet racking teardown at a long term customer was required to ensure the building space was free for an incoming tenant. We were able to consult with both companies to ensure a smooth transition. They key scope of this was to:
1.) Teardown existing racking previously installed. Bundle, wrap, and buyback for re-sale into our used material network
2.) Re-adjust remaining material for the new tenant to be better optimized for their operation
The new tenant required larger open spare for bulk storage and machinery. The area where the racking was re-used had to be adjusted in every bay for proper beam levels to meet the needs of their pallet sizes. Also, we were able to offer a competitive buyback of used racking and redistribute it to our customer network. A variety of sizes and frame heights were available, and at Racksteel we often have a wide selection of used racking.
